Full length resize or just neck sizing

I’ve started with neck sizing only but I have recently changed to FL sizing to bump the shoulder .001-.002 Maximum. The reason is between each reload the velocity can change from what the previous reload has shot before with the identical load because of the change in case volume. When you FL size to shoulder bump the volume of the case remains the same every reload, As for neck sizing only, say if you can get 3 shots before you have to shoulder bump but each time you neck size-only, it could have inconsistent internal volume and varry the velocity a little bit. Either way works though, just depends what you are doing with the load. I would recommend FL to get repeatable velocity through-out each reload as that’s what I shoot for. With neck sizing it’s not really that big of a difference in change in velocity through out each reload but if we are talking 1000 yards and beyond it could made the difference. Though you can differently get great loads neck sizing also.
