6.5PRC or 6.5x47 Lapua
So I'm about to start a new rifle build and this will be strictly for PRS Regional series, Open Division. I'm looking for advice on what would be ideal for distances ranging to 1200 yards. As well, I may want to attempt to take it to 1760 yards.

Are you dead set on the 6.5 caliber? Most guys are running 6mm for PRS. Maybe cut the gap and look at 25 cal the 131 blackjack looks like a bad ass round. Run a ballistics software and and compare the three with bullets you would hypothetically want to try. Ive taken my 6 creed out to 1436 in 20mph wind. Not the best but Ive impacted!
